We have an active Friends of Stanhope Barrington C of E Primary School group consisting of a dynamic group of parental volunteers, who organise many social events to raise funds for the school. The money raised is always reinvested in school to help provide all those little extras that enhance the children’s lives in school, from school trips to equipment and resources.
We are always looking for new members! If you feel you could spare a few hours to help organise and get involved in school fundraising events, please visit the school office for further information.

Lamb Auction
Over Hill and Dale raises £200 for our school
Jo Hays, a well-known and beloved member of our local community has recently written a book called Over Hill and Dale which shares stories and memories of her time as a Youth Worker in Weardale over a period of 20-30 years.
She has very generously donated £200 from the proceeds from the sale of the book to our school PTA fund.
We are extremely grateful for this thoughtful and unexpected donation. Thank you so much Jo not just for the donation but for everything you continue to do to support our local community.
